The Holy Childhood Association was started during the 2006 school year under the guidance of our coordinators, Mrs. Julie Dew and Mrs. Linda Shook. The students in grades three, four, and five are chosen as representatives of the HCA. They engage the entire student body in raising not only money for various causes but also in raising our awareness that we are called by Jesus to help the poor. Jesus tells us that whatever you do for the least of His people, you do for Him.
Our students collect money as well as items such as food and clothing for children in our country as well as for those living in third world countries.
Since HCA began in 2006, these are some of the various organizations and causes to which we have donated:
Our fundraising for HCA is on going as is the needs of our brothers and sisters in Christ!
We are grateful to our children and families whose support of our HCA has enabled us to assist so many! It's great to know that your support makes a difference for families as noted in this thank you letter from LifeNet4Families. God bless you for your generosity!
