We will host a Sports Award Dinner honoring all our student athletes on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 in the Family Center. The doors will open at 6:00pm and dinner will be served from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. The awards presentations will begin at 7:00pm.
All athletes will receive a certificate of participation. A Scholar Athlete and MVP award is presented for each sport.
Students should wear church attire - no jeans, shorts, or sandals, and we ask that athletes sit with their families. No one is to be outside the Family Center unsupervised.
The menu will consist of baked ziti, meatballs, salad, dessert, drinks, and coffee. The cost is $2 for anyone attending.
Please print out this email, fill out the bottom portion and return with payment, cash or check made payable to All Saints, in an envelope marked “Sports Award Dinner”. Please be sure to include your family name on the outside. Please return as soon as possible, deadline is Friday, May 3rd.
